- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, design, sales, and executive leadership to drive consensus.
- Product Lifecycle: Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Performance Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to drive product improvements and revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of creativity and accountability within the product team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate high-level strategy into actionable product features.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and technical architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
