Responsibilities
- Market & Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor the global technology landscape to identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and potential market opportunities for the 2026 timeframe.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and communicate a long-term technology roadmap aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional research initiatives, collaborating with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype and validate future technologies.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor strategies and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technological concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or a senior technical leadership role.
- Tech Stack Knowledge: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, or Web3 technologies.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to think critically about the future and translate abstract concepts into concrete strategic plans.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
