Responsibilities
- Safely transport time-sensitive medical specimens, organs, and blood products using climate-controlled vehicles
- Maintain precise chain-of-custody documentation and HIPAA compliance protocols
- Coordinate with hospitals, labs, and transplant centers for urgent deliveries
- Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure operational readiness
- Utilize GPS tracking systems for real-time route optimization and delivery verification
- Provide exceptional client communication during critical transport scenarios
- Adhere to strict biohazard safety procedures and infection control standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical courier or specialized logistics experience
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification and hazardous materials handling training
