Responsibilities
- Transport sensitive medical specimens, organs, and blood products between hospitals, labs, and clinics
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols for specialized medical shipments
- Document all transfers using HIPAA-compliant digital tracking systems
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities for time-sensitive pickups and deliveries
- Perform vehicle safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and medical transport guidelines

Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years medical courier or specialized logistics experience
- Certification in bloodborne pathogens and biohazard handling
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile tracking systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
