- Safely transport medical specimens, lab results, and sensitive healthcare documents
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Adhere to strict HIPAA compliance and security protocols for all medical materials
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Communicate professionally with healthcare staff and clients
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during transit
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic computer literacy for using delivery tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
- No prior medical or courier experience required – we train!
