Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale generative models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- System Optimization: Implement efficient inference pipelines and optimize model latency for real-time applications.
- Research Integration: Stay abreast of the latest academic papers and industry trends to integrate novel architectures into our product suite.
- Infrastructure: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for continuous training and deployment.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks.
- LLM Expertise: Proven experience working with GPT, Llama, or similar transformer architectures.
