Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight roadmap for emerging domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership content positioning the company as a future-shaper
- Oversee the implementation of pilot programs for emerging technologies
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technical trends affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD/Master's preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio of published thought leadership or strategic planning documents
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions
