Responsibilities
- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Analyze complex data from AI, biotech, and quantum computing to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present findings to global stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight ecosystem
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year future roadmaps
- Expertise in AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human-machine collaboration
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., books, TED Talks)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
