Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops synthesizing emerging tech trends (quantum, bio-AI, Web3) with human impact metrics
- Produce white papers and executive briefings on socio-technological inflection points
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions using rapid iteration methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring 2026 readiness across organizational domains
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Published work on exponential technologies or societal transformation (peer-reviewed or industry-recognized)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience developing multi-stakeholder roadmaps for Fortune 500 entities
- Deep knowledge of climate-tech, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., CFrA) preferred
