- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic briefings for Fortune 500 clients
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight insights into product roadmaps
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference presentations
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional innovation networks
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using advanced data analytics and AI tools
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and megatrend analysis
- Proven track record of developing actionable 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-strategy translation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or relevant domain expertise
