- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-state implementation
- Produce actionable whitepapers and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-forward solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking tech adoption and disruption metrics
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports with industry-wide impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of 2026-relevant domains: Web4.0, neurotech, climate tech
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite/board experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Published author in leading tech/futurist publications (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
