- Secure and allocate multi-million dollar innovation budgets for experimental projects

- Foster a culture of radical innovation through hackathons and incubation programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Experience leading $5M+ innovation budgets and cross-functional global teams
- Deep expertise in future-gazing methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals/conferences
- Certifications in AI strategy (e.g., MIT AI Executive Program) preferred
