As a cornerstone of our Futures Division, you'll leverage predictive analytics, scenario planning, and cross-industry foresight to turn uncertainty into opportunity. This role combines deep technical understanding with human-centered design to create actionable strategies for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Architect client-specific innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into strategic priorities
- Build predictive models using machine learning to forecast market evolution and adoption curves
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms in automation and human augmentation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP, Delphi technique)
- Proficiency with predictive analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau) and trend visualization platforms
- Demonstrated experience publishing futures research in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trajectories (AGI, nanotechnology, neurotech) and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent professional designation
