Responsibilities
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for 2026+ technological disruptions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce actionable trend reports with 18-24 month predictive horizons
- Design resilience frameworks for clients facing exponential change
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into strategy
- Build proprietary trend-analysis algorithms using NLP and data mining
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders in Fortune 500 organizations
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend-prediction track record
- Expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning techniques
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong background in at least one emerging technology domain
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Certificate from Association of Professional Futurists (APF) required
