Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries
- Produce executive-level reports and scenario planning documents with quantifiable impact metrics
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation roadmaps
- Build and maintain proprietary databases of emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Represent the firm at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight methodologies and data interpretation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
