Responsibilities

- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and whitepapers that establish Horizon Dynamics as the definitive voice in future strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts to inform strategic foresight methodologies

- Advolve product development teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into client solutions and service offerings
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready strategies for multinational organizations
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, trend analysis frameworks, and scenario planning techniques
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to translate complex future concepts into compelling narratives
