Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead quantitative/qualitative research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Facilitate executive workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Author disruptive trend reports and thought leadership pieces for industry publications
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and technology scouts
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing roadmaps and R&D priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of predicting industry-defining trends (portfolio required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
