Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026-2030 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce executive briefings and strategic white papers on emerging paradigm shifts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify market readiness and adoption timelines for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in translating foresight into enterprise strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technology forecasting frameworks
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills
- Experience with scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major foresight projects
