Responsibilities

- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling visual storytelling and data narratives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions in our innovation lab
- Author thought leadership publications on climate adaptation and digital sovereignty
- Mentor junior futurists in cross-disciplinary research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional data visualization and executive presentation skills
- Published author in futurist publications or industry journals
- Experience with AI-driven analytics tools and predictive modeling platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system analysis for 2026+ scenarios
