- Develop scenario-based strategic plans and innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing prototyping initiatives for future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights through executive workshops, white papers, and keynote presentations
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using AI-powered analytics
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide culture of strategic anticipation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-facing leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep technical literacy in quantum computing, biotech, climate tech, and AI/ML systems
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Ability to translate complex foresight into actionable business roadmaps
