Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, trends, and disruptive forces
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops with global stakeholders
- Translate foresight insights into product development and business opportunities
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within Fortune 500 companies
