- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, R&D centers, and government innovation hubs
- Develop predictive analytics models to identify emerging disruptions and opportunities in 2026+ ecosystems

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500/tech scale companies

- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology mastery (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data from diverse sources into coherent strategic narratives
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for multi-year innovation programs with measurable ROI
- Published thought leader in top-tier innovation journals (e.g., MIT Sloan, Harvard Business Review)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical discipline
