Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech ethics and regulatory frameworks
- Build proprietary forecasting models using machine learning and predictive analytics
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists and industry specialists
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
