Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning methodologies to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into innovation roadmaps
- Author executive briefings on societal implications of quantum computing and biotechnology
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness assessment and transformation tracking
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership in academic and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in AI ethics, climate adaptation strategies, or biotech governance
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences at Davos or similar forums
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major organizational transformation initiatives
