- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and disruption forecasting
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs with academic and industry partners
- Present futures insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Drive implementation of strategic initiatives through agile methodologies
- Lead annual 'Future State' summits for leadership teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
