Responsibilities

- Develop quantitative forecasting models using AI-driven analytics to predict industry evolution and competitive landscapes
- Design and execute strategic foresight workshops with executive stakeholders to align on long-term vision
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and scenario-planning frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future-facing business models and solutions
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through industry speaking engagements
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into tangible product roadmaps and investment priorities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Data Science, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating complex trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and quantitative forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex insights for executive audiences
