Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on emerging tech trends (peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario planning frameworks
- Track record of translating future concepts into commercialized products/services
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets from C-suite stakeholders
