Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI and Quantum computing integration aimed at the 2026 market release.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the architecture of next-gen neural networks and generative AI models.
- Mentor junior developers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and resilience against emerging cyber threats.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Future Tech domains.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in quantum simulation libraries.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
