Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 strategic vision, focusing on AI scalability and quantum readiness.
- Design and implement robust, scalable system architectures for cloud-native environments.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including machine learning models and next-gen data processing units.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for high-concurrency systems.
- Collaborate with product and business leaders to translate 2026 strategic goals into technical requirements.
- Conduct architectural reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and backend engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing concepts is highly desirable.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to drive complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
