Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the research and integration of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure deployment ensuring high availability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Mentor a team of junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and translate them into robust engineering solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural audits to maintain system integrity and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging AI technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle petabyte-scale data.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, startup environment.
