Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues.
- Utilize handheld devices to track delivery status and update logs digitally.
- Navigate efficiently through Boston traffic using GPS and mapping applications.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Proficiency with smartphone apps for navigation and delivery management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
