Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Define the technical roadmap for 'Vision 2026,' ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for model training, deployment, and MLOps pipelines to ensure high availability and performance.
- Oversee the integration of AI ethics frameworks into the development lifecycle to mitigate bias and ensure responsible AI usage.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of driving technical vision and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
