Responsibilities
- Design and deploy robust autonomous AI agents capable of complex decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Implement and maintain ethical guardrails and safety protocols for generative AI models.
- Integrate quantum processing units (QPUs) into classical neural network architectures to accelerate computation.
- Lead architectural reviews for scalable, fault-tolerant system infrastructure.
- Collaborate with legal and policy teams to ensure compliance with emerging global AI regulations (2026 frameworks).
- Drive the adoption of neuro-symbolic AI techniques to improve reasoning capabilities.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Proven experience in deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
