Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent experience with 5+ years in ML research
- Published record at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with 10+ citations
- Expertise in transformers, diffusion models, and neuro-symbolic AI
- Experience with MLOps and productionizing research at scale
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing
- Proven ability to secure competitive research funding
