Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on next-generation Generative AI architectures and advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Model Development: Design, train, and optimize large-scale neural networks, including Transformers and diffusion models.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.
- Paper Publication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to publish high-impact research in top-tier AI conferences and journals.
- Scalability: Ensure research prototypes are scalable, efficient, and production-ready.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; deep understanding of deep learning principles.
- Research: Proven track record of publishing research papers and implementing novel algorithms.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
