Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the development of novel deep learning architectures aimed at solving problems in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Model Optimization: Design and implement scalable algorithms to optimize model inference speed and accuracy on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with software engineering teams to integrate research models into production pipelines.
- Publications & Patents: Author high-impact research papers and secure patents for proprietary technologies.
- Mentorship: Guide junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI research or a relevant R&D role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Deep understanding of Transformer models, Generative AI, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of tackling complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
