Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-Ready Solutions: Design scalable system architectures that integrate classical AI with emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Future-Proof Security: Develop and implement quantum-resistant encryption protocols and cybersecurity strategies.
- AI Infrastructure Leadership: Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing clusters for large-scale AI training.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, identifying emerging technologies and integration points.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of system engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and clients.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in system architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or Machine Learning engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or quantum algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver robust solutions.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
