Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum-inspired AI models for high-performance data processing.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize algorithms for next-gen processors.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain technical excellence.
- Lead research initiatives focused on the 2026 roadmap and long-term technological forecasting.
- Optimize existing neural networks to reduce latency and maximize throughput.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and software development.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Strong command of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
