Responsibilities
- Design and architect next-generation AI models leveraging quantum computing principles for optimization and processing.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms for predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing cloud infrastructure.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 technology stack, ensuring scalability and security standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance testing to ensure system reliability.
- Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch frameworks.
- Experience with quantum programming languages such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and large language models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
