Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure scalability, reproducibility, and efficiency in model training and inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for performance, latency, and resource utilization in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to validate performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement innovative techniques to enhance our product offerings.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of working with large-scale datasets and experience in NLP or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile development environment.
