Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI models and immersive web experiences (Metaverse/VR) to support future market demands.
- Lead architectural reviews and define technical standards for cross-functional engineering teams.
- Optimize neural networks for low-latency, high-fidelity rendering environments.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure data security and ethical AI compliance across all deployed systems.
- Integrate blockchain technologies where applicable to enhance digital asset ownership.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML and graphics programming.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and WebGL/Three.js for immersive development.
- Extensive knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with distributed systems and large-scale data processing pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with Web3 or decentralized architectures is a plus.
