Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready AI Models: Design and deploy scalable machine learning architectures tailored for future computational demands.
- Optimize Neural Networks: Improve inference speed and accuracy for Generative AI applications to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Lead Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on the evolution of AI capabilities by 2026.
- MLOps Implementation: Build robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models to ensure rapid deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with Product Teams: Translate complex technical requirements into actionable product features for the 2026 roadmap.
- Data Strategy: Lead initiatives to curate and structure high-quality datasets for training next-gen models.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Hugging Face Transformers is highly preferred.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt engineering strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Excellent ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
