Responsibilities
- Design Scalable Infrastructure: Architect end-to-end system designs that integrate machine learning models with high-throughput decentralized networks.
- Quantum Readiness: Implement post-quantum cryptography standards and design systems resilient to future quantum computing threats.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring our platforms remain ahead of industry trends and compliance regulations.
- System Optimization: Oversee performance tuning and scalability improvements for cloud-native environments, ensuring 99.99% uptime.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and conducting regular technical workshops.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security experts, and data scientists to translate business goals into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- AI & ML: Strong understanding of neural network architecture, large language models (LLMs), and natural language processing (NLP).
- Cloud Mastery: Expert level experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
