The Role:
You will be responsible for defining the long-term technical roadmap for our flagship product suite, ensuring we remain ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the technical roadmap for 2026βs AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists in developing next-generation machine learning models.
- Prototyping: Spearhead the development of Proof-of-Concept (PoC) systems to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Patent Strategy: Oversee the intellectual property process, ensuring all major innovations are patented and protected globally.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders and manage client expectations for high-stakes projects.
- Policy & Ethics: Establish internal frameworks for AI ethics, safety, and transparency.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML research, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Reinforcement Learning. Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-complexity problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills; capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Google TensorFlow Developer, AWS ML Specialty) are a plus.
