Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts that could impact our business landscape by 2026 and beyond.
- Develop and maintain a strategic foresight framework, including scenario planning and horizon scanning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future insights into product development and business strategy.
- Lead innovation initiatives, from ideation to implementation, to explore new business models and opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain a network of external experts, researchers, and partners to enhance foresight capabilities.
- Drive a culture of innovation and future thinking within the organization through workshops, training, and communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Social Sciences, Futures Studies); advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in foresight, scenario planning, and trend analysis.
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, biotechnology, quantum computing) and their potential impact.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing innovation projects from concept to execution.
