Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core AI infrastructure for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on predictive analytics and autonomous agents.
- Lead the research and implementation of emerging technologies, including generative AI and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and software engineers to ensure technical excellence.
- Define and enforce best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical solutions.
- Present architectural blueprints and technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience building and deploying production-grade LLMs and large-scale neural networks.
- Strong understanding of system design principles, scalability, and high availability architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
