Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging paradigms such as Neuro-Symbolic AI and Agentic workflows.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with 2026 business goals.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models and neural networks to maximize inference speed and accuracy on edge devices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical data usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years dedicated to advanced AI/ML development.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps pipelines.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on serverless and containerized environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in unstructured environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
