Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of advanced AI models, focusing on scalability and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research and implement cutting-edge techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to stay ahead of 2026 benchmarks.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, model deployment, and MLOps pipelines.
- Optimize neural networks for edge computing environments to ensure high-performance inference in real-time scenarios.
- Define the architectural roadmap for our proprietary AI platforms, ensuring robustness and security.
- Present technical strategies and prototype demonstrations to executive leadership to secure buy-in for high-impact projects.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-grade machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with deep learning frameworks.
- Strong foundation in mathematics, including linear algebra, calculus, and probability/statistics.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
