Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for real-world applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into product ecosystems.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for large-scale deployment.
- Conduct deep research to stay ahead of emerging trends in Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, model transparency, and AI ethics.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in advanced ML techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models serving millions of requests.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
