Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement high-level system architectures for next-generation neural networks and generative AI models.
- R&D Strategy: Identify emerging trends in post-silicon computing and quantum AI to drive our roadmap.
- Code Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize deep learning inference pipelines for edge devices and massive data centers.

- System Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, scalable production environments.
- Security & Ethics: Oversee the implementation of ethical AI guidelines and robust security protocols for sensitive data processing.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in novel ways.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
